Three weeks ago, I returned to work on campus with a new schedule: Mondays on-site, and Tuesday through Saturday working from home. The first day back was pretty surreal, but it was great to see my team again after about 3.5 months! This is my fourth Monday back on-site, and while some things are still changing to fit varying departmental needs, other things feel a little more settled. Here at the end of the day, I’m pretty worn out, but not as exhausted as I’ve been the other Mondays. I think that’s progress.
